The All New England Giant Pumpkin Weigh-Off begins today in Massachusetts.
People from all over get cranes to lift their giant pumpkins into heavy duty trucks and journey to Massachusetts to see if theirs is the biggest. This whole thing started in 1984 and the winning pumpkin came in at a whopping 433 pounds! The farmer, from Connecticut, won a crisp new $100 dollar bill.
The current world record, set last year from a guy in Italy, is 2,703 pounds. He took home around 20 thousand dollars!
Is there enough pumpkin spice in the world for that baby?
